Spaghetti Squash

The spaghetti squash is green, resembling a ball in shape. It can be stored in a cool, dry place after harvesting for up to 3 months. It is used in making jams and desserts.

• Color: Green with a hint of olive, with some white lines; white interior with some fibers and black seeds
• Average Diameter: 15-20 cm
• Length: 10-15 cm
• Germination Period: 8-10 days
• Average Weight: 3-7 kg
• Harvest Time: 150 days after planting
• Spacing: 50 cm between plants
• Planting Season: Spring and summer, extends approximately two meters, preferably planted on field sides
